SoundsDown does not own the tracks available through SoundCloud. All audio remains the property of its original artists or rightsholders. Downloading a track does not transfer ownership or grant a license to use the content commercially.
The SoundsDown name, logo, source code, and design are owned by us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
